Euro & talous is a Finnish-language journal released five times a year. Monetary policy and the global economy issues in March and September focus on the current economic situation and the financial markets while the Economic outlook issues in June and December present the Bank of Finland's macroeconomic forecast for Finland. The Financial stability issue on the stability of the Finnish financial system is published annually in the spring.
Most of the articles in Euro & talous are also published in the English-language Bank of Finland Bulletin.
Euro & talous has been published since 1999, and previously (1993–1998) under the title Markka & talous. Since 1998 it has been available in PDF format on the Bank of Finland website. Euro & talous may be subscribed to free of charge, from the Bank of Finland. Some of the early issues are out of print, but all issues of Euro & talous can be read or copied at the Bank of Finland Library.
Euro & talous appears both in print and in PDF format on the Bank of Finland website. In addition, Euro & talous may be subscribed to electronically, in which case the subscriber receives an alert via email immediately after a new issue has been released online.
