Olli Rehn, Governor of the Bank of Finland, is due to participate in the International Monetary Fund’s Spring Meeting in Washington DC, on 12–14 April 2019. Mr Rehn represents Finland on the Fund’s Board of Governors.

During the course of the weekend, both the IMF’s International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC) and the joint World Bank-IMF Development Committee will convene for meetings.

The Bank of Finland will also be represented by Deputy Governor Marja Nykänen, Head of General Secretariat Mika Pösö, Advisor to the Board Kimmo Virolainen and Economist Henna Karhapää.
