Payment Habits 2010+

A research team within Bank of Finland has studied developments in retail payment habits and related instruments. The focus of their reseach has been on trying to forecast the developments we face and the factors affecting changes in payment habits, especially electronic payments.

The summary and conclusions of the research has been published as a study A:111 in the Bank of Finland series of expository studies:
