The Bank of Finland hosted the third Payment Habits seminar on 27 August 2009 at Bank of Finland, Helsinki.

This year the focus was on the factors which affect consumer choice, the impact of payment regulation, evolving e- and m-payment systems and the statistical developments of payment instrument usage.
