Professor Martin Ellison appointed Research Fellow at the Bank of Finland

The Bank of Finland has appointed Professor Martin Ellison (PhD, European University Institute, Florence, 2001), Professor of Economics at Oxford University, as Research Fellow at the Bank for the following two years, commencing already 15 October 2009.

The research cooperation between the Bank of Finland and Professor Ellison is designed to promote the Bank’s research activities, with special emphasis on macroeconomics. In addition to his own research and publication activities and possible joint projects, Professor Ellison will boost the Bank’s research activities by acting as research supervisor.
