 Introduction

 
Harri Lahdenperä, Pol.lic, has served as the Head of Banking Operations since 1 March 2010. He was previously employed as Head of Division in Banking Operations and as expert and Head of Division in Monetary Policy.
 
Harri Lahdenperä has served as Expert in the European Monetary Institute (EMI) and the European Commission and as Economist in the commercial bank Kansallis-Osake-Pankki and the Pellervo Economic Research Institute. Lahdenperä's licensiate study from 1991 discusses labour markets.
 
He is member of the ECB Market Operations Committee.
