Call charges to hotline numbers
The Bank of Finland has five hotline numbers, charged at a cheaper rate than normal, for serving customers calling from within Finland. These numbers cannot be called from abroad.
Price of call to a national hotline number
Calls from a domestic fixed line number are subject to the local network charge.
Calls from a mobile phone are subject to a mobile phone charge, charged by the respective operator.
Charge for normal calls
Calls from a fixed line number: 8.28 cents per call + 5.95 per minute.
Calls from a mobile phone: 8,28 cents per call + 17,04 cents per minute.
