Erkki Liikanen appointed to continue as Governor of the Bank of Finland

The President of the Republic has today appointed Erkki Liikanen as the Governor of the Bank of Finland for a second seven-year term.

The office of Governor may be given to the same person for a maximum of two seven-year terms.
