Research
Manuel M F Martins holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Porto, Portugal. He is an Assistant Professor with Habilitation at the University of Porto, and a member of the Centre for Economics and Finance at the University of Porto. His main research interests are business cycles, monetary policy, fiscal policy, and macro-finance topics. He has published several international papers, including in the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, the International Journal of Central Banking, the Journal of Banking and Finance, and the Journal of Macroeconomics.
