Info Briefings at the Bank of Finland’s Open Doors event

Alongside the art exhibition the Bank will present a number of Info Briefings on specific topics, each lasting about 15 minutes. The topics covered will include the history of the Bank of Finland’s main building and the impact on the Russian economy from sanctions and from Russia’s own actions. In a further topic, experts from the Bank will explain all about fraudulent ‘phishing’ messages and how you can be prepared for such things. The Info Briefings will be in Finnish.

What is my role in the national economy? How can I check my banknote is not a forgery? You can find the answers to these and many other questions at the Bank of Finland Museum! Guided tours of the Museum are based on four themes: history of money and banking; monetary policy; financial literacy; and banknote art.
