The Bank of Finland has the legal right to obtain data for the compilation of balance of payments statistics. To facilitate data reporting, the Bank of Finland publishes instructions for enterprises and organisations.
In connection with the implementation of monetary policy, the Bank of Finland enters into agreements with counterparties and account holders. The rules relating to these agreements are published in a collection of rules.
The Bank of Finland has also issued instructions about using the designs of banknotes and coins in marketing.
