I am a PhD Candidate at the Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. My general interests are in Applied Microeconomics, Firm dynamics, and Political Economy. My job market paper examines the effect of tax haven FDI on firm performance.

I worked as a consultant at the World Bank and the International Food Policy Research Institute. I received a MA in Economic Analysis at Kyiv School of Economics.
