The Bank of Finland has sold its office premises in Tampere and Kuopio. The decision to sell is part of the upcoming termination of the Bank’s Regional Offices’ activities in these localities, by the end of 2012.
The Bank of Finland’s Hämeenkatu premises in Tampere were sold to a private real estate investor, and the premises in the Linnanpelto district in Kuopio to Helsingin Liikekiinteistöt Oy.
The sale of the premises was conducted via a tender procedure, declared by newspaper advertisement in May 2012.
