Erkki Liikanen, Governor of the Bank of Finland is due to participate in the International Monetary Fund's Spring Meeting in Washington DC on 11–12 April 2014. Mr Liikanen represents the Nordic-Baltic constituency in the IMF’s International Monetary and Financial Committee.
Over the weekend, the joint IMF/World Bank Group Development Committee will also be convened.
The Bank of Finland will also be represented by Pentti Hakkarainen, Deputy Governor at the Bank, by Olli-Pekka Lehmussaari, Head of International Affairs and by Satu Kivinen, Economist.
