The Bank of Finland's phone numbers will be changed on 2 May 2017. The first part (+358 10 831) will become +358 9 183. The new switchboard number will be +358 9 1831 (Monday to Friday 8.00–18.00). There will no longer be any supplementary charge on the numbers. The personal extensions will remain unchanged.
The service numbers will also be changed in connection with the reform. The Bank of Finland's new service numbers will be as follows:
- Communications Customer Services +358 9 183 2626 (Monday to Friday 9.30–15.30)
- Archives and Registry +358 9 183 2616 (Monday to Friday 9.00–16.00)
- Bank of Finland Library +358 9 183 2661 (Monday to Friday 9.00–16.00
- Bank of Finland Museum +358 9 183 2981 (Tuesday to Friday 11.00–17.00, Saturday and Sunday 11.00–16.00).
