The Governor of the Bank of Finland to attend IMF and World Bank Annual Meetings 2012

The Governor of the Bank of Finland, Erkki Liikanen, will participate in the Annual Meetings of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in Tokyo, 12–13 October 2012. Mr Liikanen represents Finland on the Fund's Board of Governors.
 
The International Monetary and Financial Committee and the Development Committee will also convene in connection with the Annual Meetings.
 
Deputy Governor Pentti Hakkarainen, Tuomas Saarenheimo Head of Monetary Policy and Research, Olli-Pekka Lehmussaari Head of International Affairs as well as economist Minna Nikitin will also participate in the Annual Meetings.
